Based around the ideas in Ros Atkins' book The Art of Explanation (Wildfire, 2023), this session will explore how, sometimes, we pay more attention to communicating with our audience than we do with each other. But actually the lessons we learn from making journalism can fundamentally improve our organisations - changing everything from their culture to creativity to efficiency.
