Dopo anni di richieste da parte di gruppi di agricoltori e consumatori nel 1991 venne emanato il primo regolamento europeo in materia di agricoltura biologica e dalla vendemmia del ‘92 iniziò la conversione dei vigneti al metodo biologico. Poche decine di viticoltori, veri pionieri del biologico, poterono iniziare fin da subito. La loro storia però è iniziata ben 200 milioni di anni fa...
