In questo dialogo esclusivo, Eugenia Fenzi e Max Fabian, amministratore delegato di Demus S.p.A., guidano il pubblico alla scoperta del processo di decaffeinizzazione del caffè. Approfondiamo le tecniche utilizzate, l'impatto sulla qualità e sul gusto, e il ruolo del caffè decaffeinato nel mercato globale. Questo incontro si inserisce in un momento delicato per il mondo del caffè, tra sfide economiche, cambiamenti climatici e difficoltà nella filiera di approvvigionamento.
