Le leggende che accompagnano i piatti tipici italiani sono invenzioni molto recenti, scaturite dalla crisi industriale degli anni Settanta. La narrazione distorta dei prodotti della tradizione italiana alimenta un’identità nazionalista su cui le destre guadagnano consenso.
