Il libro come cura è un progetto ideato e realizzato dalla Fondazione De Agostini per aiutare insegnanti ed educatrici a utilizzare l’albo illustrato nella costruzione della relazione tra adulto e bambino. L’albo illustrato per i bambini può, infatti, essere un viaggio di conoscenza e di scoperta, non solo del mondo reale ma soprattutto del mondo interno, perché attraverso le immagini e le parole dà voce ai pensieri e alle emozioni. Il libro diventa un ponte tra il bambino e l’adulto.
Grazie a incontri di formazione per educatori e insegnanti e alla donazione di albi di qualità ai servizi educativi, il progetto ha raggiunto centinaia di nidi e scuole dell’infanzia in tutta Italia. Fondazione De Agostini racconterà l’evoluzione de Il libro come cura, insieme alle Amministrazioni Comunali di Milano e Napoli e alle formatrici del progetto.
