La montagna Pandoro - Come si "fa" la geografia?
Come si "fa" la geografia? Basta saper disegnare bene le mappe? Sicuramente aiuta, ma è soltanto l'inizio di una storia assai più complessa. Quello di geografe e geografi è un mestiere affascinante, ma poco conosciuto: oggi è l'occasione per svelare alcuni dei loro segreti. Lo faremo insieme, prima costruendo una vera e propria montagna usando come base un pandoro di polistirolo, e cercando poi di capire come possiamo rappresentarla su un foglio di carta. Nel mentre, scopriremo come nascono le montagne, come la loro forma cambia nel tempo e come la presenza dei fiumi modella il paesaggio. Dopo questa esperienza, non guarderete più una mappa con gli stessi occhi!
