Il MUMAC ospita la presentazione di un volume che affronta con lucidità il tema della longevità e del suo impatto sul mondo del lavoro. Lontano dai luoghi comuni del “silver tsunami”, il libro indaga come l’allungamento della vita stia trasformando aziende, carriere e società, suggerendo nuove prospettive per valorizzare il talento degli over 50 senza penalizzare i giovani.
