Al Teatro più piccolo del mondo Umbria Green Festival ha scelto di parlare di Pace, Giustizia e Istituzioni Solide (Obiettivo 16 Agenda 2030).
E sarà un grande autore a farlo: Nicola Lagioia con la sua Lectio Magistralis dal titolo:
"La guerra come malattia della specie"
Ci siamo abituati a leggere le guerre in termini geopolitici. Quando però si tratta di capire di cos'è fatto davvero il nostro cuore di tenebra, anche la letteratura può venirci in aiuto. Dalla Genesi all'Iliade, da Lev Tolstoj a Svetlana Aleksievič, da Carl Gustav Jung a Simone Weil, Nicola Lagioia ripercorre 2500 anni di letteratura provando a leggere la nostra attitudine distruttiva (e autodistruttiva) non solo come un problema legato ai contesti in cui volta per volta gli scontri bellici maturano, ma come una malattia della specie di cui facciamo parte. Potremo mai guarire?
