Lo scorso 29 maggio il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato la riforma della giustizia. La separazione delle carriere tra magistratura requirente e giudicante è uno degli elementi chiave della riforma proposta dal governo Meloni e dal ministro della Giustizia, Carlo Nordio, che potrebbe segnare un passo decisivo verso la ridefinizione delle strutture giudiziarie italiane. Il Guardasigilli sarà anche quest’anno ospite di Taobuk per discutere, con Elvira Terranova, della riforma e della situazione della giustizia in Italia.
