Uno spettacolo-concerto in cammino lungo l’albero genealogico che spazia dall’Italia all’Africa Orientale, descritto dai canti legati alla terra e delle origini: attraverso l’utilizzo di molteplici lingue, in un fitto intreccio tra musica e parole, la voce dell’attrice, cantante e autrice Saba Anglana scava come una radice nel terreno della memoria, unendosi alla natura e ai suoi elementi – vento, foresta, acqua, montagne, deserti – in cerca di un loro comune denominatore. Con lei sul palco Fabio Barovero a musica e incursioni elettroniche, per un viaggio vibrante dal blues del Corno d’Africa, ai ritmi del versante occidentale, dalle corde mistiche dei cantastorie alle composizioni etiopi di derivazione copta ortodossa, sulle traiettorie di sonorità che migrano tra i continenti e fecondano i generi.
