As of today, over 123 journalists have reportedly been killed in Gaza, the highest toll ever recorded in a single conflict. The panel discussion will focus on the #GazaProject, a collaborative investigation into the attacks on journalists in Gaza. This project involved 13 media organizations and 50 journalists, resulting in over 20 investigations published across 15 countries. The panel will begin with a screening of the project trailer, followed by an in-depth discussion on the challenges of conducting investigations without direct access to the conflict zone. The panelists will explore the major findings, the methods used and how diverse teams focused on different aspects of the project were coordinated. Moderated by Frederik Obermaier.
