Un giardino non è soltanto un luogo fisico: può diventare anche uno spazio interiore, intimo e nascosto, in cui ritrovare calma, ispirazione e benessere. Attraverso riflessioni scientifiche sul nostro legame con le piante e pratiche di focalizzazione mentale, Alessandra Viola accompagna i partecipanti nella creazione del proprio giardino interiore: un rifugio personale, rigoglioso e fiorito, dove coltivare concentrazione e quiete.

Alessandra Viola, scrittrice, giornalista e produttrice televisiva con una passione per il mondo vegetale, insegna Comunicazione dell’ambiente all’Università San Raffaele di Milano. Ha ideato e condotto la trasmissione RAI Clorofilla e la rubrica Racconti verdi (Rai3). È autrice di saggi di divulgazione scientifica, tra cui Verde brillante (con Stefano Mancuso, Giunti 2013), Flower Power. Le piante e i loro diritti (Einaudi 2020) e Chiedi a una pianta (Laterza 2024). Ha vinto due volte il Premio Gambrinus e due volte il Premio Nazionale di Divulgazione Scientifica. Sua, la prima proposta al mondo per il riconoscimento dei diritti delle piante.
