Cheryl Phillips

Cheryl Phillips teaches journalism at the University of Stanford, California, and is a founding member of the Stanford Computational Journalism Lab. She also works on the Stanford Open Policing Project and is a member of the California Civic Data Coalition.
Previously, Cheryl taught data journalism and data visualization at the University of Washington. She served for 10 years on the board of directors for Investigative Reporters and Editors, a grassroots training organization for journalists.
