Ross Burley
Ross Burley is co-founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Information Resilience (CIR), an independent, non-profit social enterprise dedicated to exposing human rights abuses and war crimes, countering disinformation, and combating online behaviour harmful to women and minorities. CIR implements major programmes in Afghanistan, Myanmar, Ukraine, Sudan and elsewhere to collect, verify and investigate human rights incidents for justice and accountability purposes. CIR also works with civil society actors and journalists around the world to build resilience against malign actors who attack the information environment.
Ross has over 20 years of experience in international relations, human rights and the media.
