Bio

Piero Bianucci, science writer and science columnist for La Stampa where he directed for 25-years "TuttoScienze", the weekly science supplement. He is author of science diffusion books devoted to astronomy, earth sciences, technologies and energy.
Promoter, since 1985, of science exhibitions and active contributor to italian and switzerland television programs. At the moment, lecturer of science writing at the University of Padova (Italy) and editor for "Le Stelle", a magazine about astronomy founded by Margherita Hack and collaborated with "MATE - Matematica da zero a infinito".
In 1992 International Astronomical Union honored him, by renaming Bianucci, a minor planet, formerly known as 4821, orbiting between Mars and Jupiter.
